Container Gardening Benefits for Small Spaces

Garden Lecture Series

Container gardening has become a popular way to garden when your soil is hard clay, or you may have a great location for a garden, but it lacks the soil needed to garden.  This type of gardening requires different care from regular gardening, but the advantages are huge.  Increased mobility, soil flexibility, water and fertilizer economy and lower risk of pests and diseases.  This class will review the scale of containers from tiny pots to large, raised garden beds and different techniques used in container gardening.
