Jakota is a singer based in Carson Valley, Nevada. Growing up surrounded by country western influence, Jakota quickly grew a love for the genre that now translates into his own music. He performs at venues all around Northern Nevada and Lake Tahoe, bringing a crowd of people with him everywhere he goes.

At a young age, Jakota showed a talent for entertaining people well beyond his years. He would sing in front of friends and family and was never shy to crack a joke in front of a crowd. By the age of 12, Jakota’s father knew he had talent that couldn’t be ignored and signed him up for guitar lessons.

Recently, Jakota made a trip to Nashville where he performed at the famous Bluebird Cafe. He looks to make music his career and travel the country sharing his talents.
